This workshop will be a practical and exploratory experience for those who want to “dip their toes” into this genre and learn about what it requires. Attendees will get a chance to narrate various texts using rythmo band software. This software will also help anyone who wants to get some experience with how dubbing works utilizing this type of recording. Although, the focus of the workshop is strictly Audio Description.
The cost is $149 and we will go for 3 hours. Everyone has to sign an NDA as you will be working with proprietary information. Max participants will be 10. There will also be two blind advisors who will be providing feedback to your reads, which is a great part of the learning experience. If you rather book a private session, that is also doable. The cost for a private is $200 per hour.
