Audio Description
Audio Description for tv and movies is a narrator voicing the visuals. It’s the best of promo work, audio books, and the slightest emotional tone nuance. Over 400 tv and streaming shows have audio description alone. When opportunities come up for auditioning you NEED to be ready. Find out some of the skills needed, how to support other narrators, and mostly, advocate for the blind and low vision community.
Roy has recorded over 300 film and tv shows, including Spider-Man: Far From Home, Jordan Peele’s US, and several seasons of NCIS and Criminal Minds. He loves to advocate and connect with those in the Audio Description community through support, and recognizing excellence.
We start at 7:30pm.
