Speakers include;
Debra Wilson is an American video game voice actor, actress and comedian. Debra is probably best known for her eight seasons on the former Fox late night sketch comedy series, MADtv (1995-2003).
Her voice over work includes animation for television and film, ADR & looping, network announcing, radio commercials, theme park attractions, to a wide range of video games.
She’s worked on over 80 video games, such as God of War, Call of Duty, Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apart, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, and DESTINY 2: The Witch Queen
Motion capture credits include James Cameron’s AVATAR, STAR WARS JEDI: Fallen Order, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and the 2023 release of STAR WARS JEDI: Survivor, plus two other future project in the works.
TV voice over credits include the Announcer on NBC’s The Weakest Link, Judge Steve Harvey for ABC, the BBC series, Spitting Image, FOX prime time animation and, the yet released ODD BALLS, and Praise Petey, Disney’s, The Owl House, Mickey Mouse Fun House and Minnie’s Bow Tunes, and Baby Shark’s Big Show!
Later this year or the beginning of 2023, she will be the new voice of the Monorail Captain for Disney World, Orlando, making history as the first female Captain, and the first person of color. This honor also includes the Disneyland, California attraction, The Jungle Cruise.
Tom Keegan is one of the world’s top performance directors for video games. His work includes AAA franchises, including Battlefield, Star Wars, Wolfenstein, Call of Duty, Resident Evil, Need for Speed, Mirror’s Edge, VR titles “Archangel” and “Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners.” He received a BAFTA nomination for his work on “Wolfenstein: The New Colossus” and his products have won multiple BAFTAs, Game Awards, and the Golden Joystick.
Tom has worked in animation development at Hanna-Barbera on shows such as “Powerpuff Girls,” Jonny Bravo” and “Cow and Chicken.” In 1998 be began working on CD ROMs such as “Blaster,” “JumpStart,” and the ever popular “Barbie,” before moving on to the action genre in classic games such as “Chronicles of Riddick” and “The Darkness,” and has worked on over 50 game titles.
As a director, Tom is actor-focused. He combines his decades of experience and study in acting, movement, and directing to bring out the best in performers. He works deeply with his development teams to find the subtext and nuances in game scripts and achieve the teams’ goals in the performance capture volume and voice-over booth. He frequently lectures at development studios and game conferences on performance and storytelling.
Andrea Toyias is the Senior Casting & Voice Director at Blizzard Entertainment where she has headed the VO department since its inception ten years ago. She has enjoyed bringing a wide-range of characters to life in World of WarCraft, Diablo, StarCraft, Hearthstone and Blizzard’s Overwatch.
Andrea has been involved with video games for over 15 years. Her early years were spent at Vivendi Games where she first developed her love and passion for voice acting as a Dialogue Editor and later as a Recording Engineer. She worked with hundreds of actors on innumerable games of every genre, ranging from the fun and entertaining Spyro to the dark and ominous Chronicles of Riddick. Since transitioning to Blizzard, casting and directing ghouls, goblins, multi-headed demons, space aliens and super heroes are her specialty.
Randall Ryan is a renowned casting director and audio director and co-owner of HamsterBall studios. Randall’s casting and directing video game credits include Chivalry 2, Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues, Lord of the Rings Online, World of Warcraft, Dungeons & Dragons Online, Transformers: Optimus Prime, the Deer Hunter series, World Series of Poker, mobile gaming, children’s games, sports titles, and shooters and more.

Across the two days you’ll make space opera a reality by developing your voice whilst navigating galactic empires, encountering fictional aliens.
This intensive workshop is perfect for those looking to increase their Performance Capture skills and is delivered by a renown coach in this field.
Video Game Voice Acting – Monsters & Creatures with Andrea Toyias – 5th & 6th November
In this two-day intensive workshop, Andrea will cover the A to Z of what it takes to make it as a successful voice actor in video games. Her two-day workshop will provide an in-depth look at all steps of the process.
Andrea will begin the two days with a thorough presentation covering all aspects of her world:
- What she looks for in talent
- What she looks for in auditions
- Successful character analysis
- and every hint, tip, and insider trading she can provide along the way.
Andrea will then dive into a new segment, “Casting Director for a Day” where you will get to sit in her chair for a bit in order to hear the auditions she receives.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from and connect with top industry people. Professionals who know every aspect of voice acting in video games and will be sharing some essential tips that will give a rocket boost to your career.
