Want to make raw audiobook files ready for approval on ACX? Join extraordinary audiobook talent and expert instructor James Romick for a session that walks you through the process. Using REAPER and IZotope RX this class will demonstrate how to do post-production on RAW audiobook files for compliance to ACX and audiobook industry standards. James will also demonstrate the use of free software like Audacity’s ACX-Check and Steven Jay Cohen’s 2nd Opinion to help participants verify the specifications and quality of their audio. This is an intermediate to advanced class. Best suited for participants who understand how to produce high quality raw audio. Demonstrations will be done on REAPER using plug-ins from IZotope Rx, the TDR Nova EQ, the TDR Kotelnikov Compressor, the LoudMax Limiter, and other processing FX plug-ins.
