The classes have the Alexander Technique as the base of its work. The aim is to help you understand and relate to your vocal instrument and respiratory system to have a better and more confident use of your voice.
What will you work on?
Relaxation, stretching (yoga and Pilates based movements), posture (Alexander technique), breathing, resonance, articulation and projection.

Anyone who wishes to develop a better connection between voice, body and mind, professionals and individuals who have an extensive use of their voice on their daily activities.
