Enough with social distancing – let’s have a Cocktail/Mocktail Party and Mixology Class! We’ll chat, mix drinks together and have some good ol’ fashioned fun. My professional Mixologist, Mike, will teach you how to create 6 custom cocktails as well as give valuable bartending tips and tricks. If you would like to mix drinks along with us, a list of supplies is included below. Dress up and get ready to party!

1 C Water (combine with sugar to create simple syrup)
1 Orange
1 Banana
4 Lemons (or lemon juice)
4 Limes (or lime juice)
Sage and Mint – there are usually small packs you can find in the produce isle
Blueberries
Soda Water
Bordeaux cherries (not crucial)
Aromatic bitters (Fee Brothers is a great brand)
2 eggs

Old Fashioned – Bourbon/Whiskey, Simple Syrup, Bitters
Vodka Daisy – Vodka, Lemon juice, Simple Syrup, Triple Sec
Tequila/Mezcal Sour – Tequilla, Simple Syrup, Lime juice, 1 egg white
Southside Gimlet – Gin, Simple Syrup, Line juice, Mint and Sage leaves
Blueberry Collins – Gin, Simple Syrup, Lemon juice, Blueberries
Rhonda’s Frozen Delight – Ice, Orange, Banana, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Rum, Simple Syrup, Triple Sec
