Robert Marshall is the founder of Source Elements. The company behind leading industry products like Source Connect and Source Nexus to name a couple. He is also Owner, and Senior Engineer at SUM 1 Studios in Chicago.
Mike DeLay is the Owner/ Audio Engineer/ Demo Producer at Real Voice L.A. He studied audio engineering at Musicians Institute here in Los Angeles and is an Avid Pro Tools HD Certified Operator. Mike has worked as a free lance audio engineer, mix engineer, music editor and composer. Just before launching RVLA he worked with Silverlake Sounds handling music editing for 20 TV shows.
