Jim Kennelly (Owner/Producer/Director, Lotas Productions) For over 30 years Jim Kennelly, has specialized in finding the right voice. Jim says, “We are known for thorough casting according to our clients’ needs: union or direct-hire, local, international, celebrity or unknown, we provide access to an A-list of award-winning talent.” After graduating from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, Jim traveled microphone in hand on documentary crews to the world’s hot spots to cover political, social and humanitarian aid subjects. Outside the studio, Jim enjoyed a 20-year career in the NY Show-Biz softball League, is a youth sports coach and mentor and remains an avid college sports fan – Let’s Go Orange! Jim enjoys a national reputation as an honest insight & positive attitude in the voice-over industry.
Samantha Ufret (Producer/Director/Engineer, Lotas Productions)Sam Ufret runs the board at Lotas Productions, directing sessions, delivering perspective & feedback during casting sessions, and sending the industry’s best casting notices. A Jersey native and graduate of American University’s School of Communications, Sam got her start in audio at Federal News Network and WTOP in Washington DC as a producer, writer, and board operator before moving back North for a gig in the Big Apple. Ask her about animation, cartoons and video games if you want a very serious conversation about all things FUN – Sam’s an avid “nerd culture” fan and will talk your ear off about this stuff.
