After graduating from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, Jim traveled microphone in hand on documentary crews to the world’s hot spots to cover political, social and humanitarian aid subjects. Outside the studio, Jim enjoyed a 20-year career in the NY Show-Biz softball League, is a youth sports coach and mentor and remains an avid college sports fan – Let’s Go Orange!
