We begin with a broad base of signature sounds common to most dialects in the Spanish-speaking world. From there, we explore differences in posture, pronunciation and prosody among Latin American, Central American, and European speakers. We will also cover Nuyorican NYC dialects.
Accent Gym is an intimate, ongoing group class to support your dialect work. We meet thrice monthly for accent instruction and practice, as well as group discussion. In addition to the monthly theme, we allocate time for critique of outside work and general discussion about best practices.
