My name is Charlie Bonnin and I am excited to share with you my passion for singing. My journey into the world of singing began at the early age of 10 months old when I began matching pitch with my mom, and I have been singing ever since. I come from a multi-generational family of singers, and musicians from both my mother’s and father’s sides of the family. So needless to say, I feel that music, particularly singing, is engrained in the fabric of my being. I began performing on stage at 6 six years old, and never stopped. I received my BFA from Emerson College in performing arts with a concentration in musical theater, and most recently played the role of Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, by Andrew Lloyd Weber.

My site is dedicated to the holistic development of the human voice, a truly amazing instrument.

I have a simple philosophy: The voice belongs to everyone, not just singers. I see the voice as the bridge between the heart and mind, and feel that everyone can benefit from vocal training.

My students focus on developing the voice and learn to use it as a vehicle to go inward. In addition to improved vocal abilities, they are enlightened to the connective properties of singing and dynamic speaking.

Through a combination of solid vocal exercises, guided visualization/meditation/relaxation, movement, chanting, and many more tools; I guide the students to experience a deeper connection with the self and the voice.
